With Shop Style Review’s 30 day satisfaction guarantee, there are no special catches or exceptions but one! All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition (UNUSED). If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund.
Our policy lasts 30 days after your order arrives. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time up to 10 days before your refund is officially posted.
If in the very unlikely event you are here you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us again.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in the post. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and we will get in touch asap.
Shipping return items
To return your product, please send an email via Contact Us and we will give you further instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a replacement, the cost of return shipping will be invoiced to you before we will send the replacement.
If you are shipping an item over £40 GBP, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. If we do not receive your item we will not be liable for any replacement or refund. In the event of loss through the post you will make a claim with your postal carrier.
